There is a lot of talk about ‘mindfulness’ these days. Its a concept that’s been around for 2,500 years and is very simple.  Be aware of what’s happening NOW! What do you notice about how you are swimming, biking or running right now? 

You can make adustment to your technique as you train by simply examining how your body is moving. 

You can get back in touch with our environment by ‘feeling’  the wind, sun and rain.
