Here at itriwetri we recognise that everyone has busy lives. Tri life is being able to swim , bike and run ... whenever we want. If we want to challenge ourselves with a race then go for it. We're fit enough to do what we want. All this means creating space in busy lives to swim, bike and run and enjoy it. This means planning what we want to be able to do maybe with a coach. Staying motivated. Managing all the pressures which come our way. Always feeling we're in control. Training effectively is the key and this means finding time for relaxation and recovery. That's tri life.
